About Complete CAD Solutions
Jennifer DiBona is a long-time CAD consultant, trainer and now CEO of Complete CAD Solutions. She also does business publicly as That CAD Girl, a trusted resource for surveyors, engineers and contractors across the U.S.
Jennifer has a degree in Surveying Technology and nearly 30 years of experience working with land surveying, civil engineering and construction professionals. She previously served on the Steering Committee for the National CAD Standard® and as Chair of the Survey/Civil Task Team.
As a charter member of Carlson College, Jennifer has built a strong reputation around her expertise in Carlson Software, AutoCAD and IntelliCAD and specializes in teaching others how to build surface models for GPS-guided machine control systems.
Jennifer is also a sought-after speaker at regional and national conferences, known for delivering technical sessions that help simplify CAD workflows for land development professionals. She regularly presents on topics like surface modeling, Field to Finish, CAD standards and best practices for getting the most out of your CAD software.
- How and Why did she become That CAD Girl? Many years ago when working in civil engineering and land surveying offices, she found herself working primarily with men (naturally). Since she was the only “girl” in the office, clients or others asking for her would often simply ask for “That CAD Girl” in the office. The name stuck.
- What most people don’t know about Jennifer. In 2020 she participated in, and finished, a 5k, a 10k and a half-marathon on 3 consecutive days during Disney’s Marathon Weekend.
- Something on Jennifer’s bucket list that has not been accomplished. Taking a cruise from San Francisco to Australia – with a stop in Hawaii.
Hi! I’m Claire DiBlasi. I have been helping our customers buy what they need and use what they buy since 2021, working first with That CAD Girl and most recently with Carlson CAD Solutions. I came to work with Jennifer after eighteen years of working in IT bringing with me experience in the automotive, healthcare and manufacturing industries, just to name a few.
Since joining the CAD and Surveying software world, I have enjoyed working directly with our customers to ensure that their software and training needs were met. Not only will I answer your call and respond to your email, but I will get you the answers that you need as quickly as possible. I enjoy being an unexpected resource for you and your business.

With over 30 years of experience and after working with more than 600 different organizations all around the globe, Jeff’s driving and organized approach has resulted in business owners achieving greater bottom-line profits, reducing the stress it takes to run a business and achieving their goals and dreams.
Jeff has an extensive background in business management, accounting and finance, and success coaching. With a dual degree in Accounting and Business Administration, he has spent many years coaching business owners in practical ways that result a profitable business.
Some of his most valuable skills are listening, organization, leadership, and establishing processes. For over three decades he has coached business owners and organizational leaders to structure themselves for tremendous business and personal growth. His life passion is to equip people and organizations to reach their full potential.

After 28 years as a National Board certified science teacher, new teacher mentor, and alternative education specialist, I brought my passion for helping people learn to Complete CAD Solutions, where I’ve been part of our sales, marketing, and support team since 2024.
My diverse teaching background helps me break down complex concepts and show customers what they can accomplish with our solutions. Whether clients are just getting started or looking to master advanced features, I love helping people discover their potential and achieve their goals.
When I’m not helping customers, you’ll find me tending to my garden, strategizing my fantasy football lineup, or spending time with family. My experience working with students from all different backgrounds taught me that everyone learns differently, and I bring that same patience and adaptability to supporting our clients. I love being a part of our team that is such a trusted resource for our customers.

Joni brings over a decade of experience delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support, with expertise in public interaction and clerical duties. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Business Management & Entrepreneurship and is also a part-owner of her family’s small business.
Known for her friendly and dependable approach, Joni excels at helping clients resolve issues efficiently. Her strong background in business and client relations makes her an invaluable resource for both users and colleagues.
- What most people don’t know about Joni. A proud boy mom to two sons and enjoys spending quality time with her husband. Family adventures often include hiking, biking, and exploring new places together.
- Something on Joni’s bucket list is to take her family to Egypt – to experience the Pyramids of Giza and explore historic sites like the Valley of the Kings, Luxor and Karnak Temples, as well as visit The Grand Egyptian Museum.
Kathy is a retired software engineer with 40 years of experience designing and developing business software solutions. She has worked in a variety of industries, including finance, telecommunications, and marketing. She has a degree in Electrical Engineering.
She was introduced to Complete CAD Solutions and Jennifer DiBona many years ago through mutual friends. With the recent expansion to support multiple CAD vendors Jennifer decided she needed some additional help and reached out to Kathy to join the team.
Even within her short time with CCS, Kathy is enjoying getting to know the industry and is already making a huge difference.
When Kathy isn’t working, she enjoys making cards for charity, Pilates, and listening to audio books.
